PROJECT MAINTENANCE
As described
earlier, our numerous weekly reports quickly and accurately
ascertain project status. This type of detailed review has
proven invaluable to our company and to our clients.
Once
discrepancies from our monitoring appear, an analysis of the
problem is presented to the principal with the measures already
undertaken, the recommended solutions both with and without
cost, including an impact analysis of the critical path. Upon
thorough review of this analysis and identification of the
problem source, a report or update is made to the project
team requesting assistance and/or confirming the task.
The philosophy
at Builders Group is "a problem is only an obstacle with a
solution that has yet to be found; and we simply find it!".
