COORDINATION OF BUILDING SERVICES
We start
our project with a detailed written and digitally photographed
report. As with any coordination effort, we first have to
learn the details of the buildings operating requirements
and our project specific needs. Together we will formulate
a project strategy, which is included in our vendor bid document.
Our on-site supervisors control all day-to-day scheduling
within the established strategy, so as total and absolute
control is maintained without impact to our project. Our request
for building services are pre-approved and submitted in written
format. Our required building wide interface on tenant affected
systems is pre-approved utilizing our project specific Method
of Procedure (MOP).
