Builders Group is a privately held and operated Construction Management/ General Contracting firm.

The company was established in 1986 in response to our clients' need for a hands-on personal management style. Since our inception, we have serviced our clients with the versatility and attention level that only we can offer.

Our controlled client list is a function of our management direction, and has guaranteed our growing success even in this turbulent market. We provide the ongoing services of the construction consultant, construction manager and general contractor to over half of our client base.

For example, Bank of New York, Deutsche Bank and Fleet Bank seek our expertise for their selection of maintenance materials, to the back-up MEP sources for their data centers. Major landlords as Rudin Management, Bridgedale, Jones Lang LaSalle, Edward J. Minskoff Equities, Inc., Broadway Management, and Murray Hill Properties utilize our fast track scheduling and budgeting talents almost on a daily basis.
